Planning Drone Photography for Naples Property Marketing

For a Naples property campaign, start with what a prospective buyer needs to understand: the building, grounds, access and surrounding setting. A useful aerial brief turns those questions into specific photographs or moving shots for the listing and campaign.

Build the shot list around the property

Share the address, property plans, key features and intended uses before scheduling. Identify which views need to explain the relationship between the building and its surroundings. Ask for a range of compositions rather than assuming the highest or widest shot will be the most useful.

Any waterfront, amenity or neighborhood footage should accurately represent the property and its location. Illustrative portfolio photography is not evidence of a shoot at the listing address.

Plan formats for each placement

A listing gallery, website banner and vertical social video use space differently. Agree on stills, moving footage, aspect ratios and editing needs before capture. Leave room for text where the campaign requires it, and clarify which versions are included in the delivery.

See our real estate aerial photography services for capture options. Aerial images can support a property presentation, but they do not guarantee enquiries, a faster sale or a particular sale price.

Coordinate timing and access

Consider sun direction, shadows, reflections and the property's readiness. Day and dusk imagery may call for separate capture windows. Provide access details and the appropriate site contact so the crew can review a workable plan.

Airspace, nearby people, obstacles and weather can affect feasibility. Specific viewpoints and dates remain subject to an operating review; a preferred shot list is not permission to fly.

Separate existing views from proposed architecture

For a development that is not yet built, identify renderings as renderings and captured surroundings as photography. Credit the visualization studio and Drone Genius's backplate contribution separately. Our developer-view portfolio shows that distinction.

To discuss a Naples shoot, send the address, target dates, shot list and delivery requirements. We can review the requested scope before proposing a capture plan.
