Drone Photography, 360 Views and Backplates for Miami Real Estate
Aerial photography helps a property team show the building, surrounding neighborhood and available views. For a Miami development, three distinct deliverables can support that presentation: photographs of the existing site, captured 360° views and backplate photography supplied to a rendering studio.
Show the property in context
Plan photographs around what the audience needs to understand: the building’s setting, nearby streets, waterfront orientation or amenities visible at capture. Agree on the intended angles, timing and formats before the shoot.
For an existing property, see our residential real-estate photography. For developer view capture and visualization support, explore our architecture and 360° portfolio.
Give sales teams captured views to explore
A 360° view tour lets a sales team explore the surroundings from captured positions and requested elevations. It can support a sales-center conversation, remote presentation or project website when the scope includes the appropriate presentation setup.
Our developer portfolio includes Nobu Residences, Faena Residences Miami and other projects. Explore the Nobu Residences 360° tour to see a captured-view example.
Aerial view capture does not by itself create an interior walkthrough or establish an exact future view from a completed unit. Capture position, date, weather, existing structures and later development can affect what is shown. Agree on the relevant labels and limitations with the project team.
Keep photography and rendering credits separate
Backplate photography provides real-world imagery for a visualization studio to incorporate into a rendering. Drone Genius’s contribution is the backplate photography when another company creates the final rendering.
For this work, coordinate requested viewpoints, elevations, directions, lighting and file requirements with the visualization team before capture. Label the final image as a rendering, identify its studio where verified, and credit Drone Genius for backplate photography only. A project logo or an image approval does not establish who created every part of a composite.
Plan stills and motion for their intended use
A website hero, broker presentation, social edit and printed sales material may need different framing or outputs. Share those uses early so the capture and delivery scope can address them. Confirm selected photographs, original footage, edits, usage, revisions and hosting arrangements separately.
Photographs and tours help explain a property. They do not guarantee a sale, a higher price or a shorter sales cycle. Evaluate their usefulness through real sales-team feedback and qualified inquiries.
Prepare a developer capture brief
Send the site address, project name, requested views or elevations, directions, target dates, site contact and intended deliverables. Include the renderer’s brief if backplates are required. Flight feasibility, access and any required authorizations depend on the specific operation.
