Send the site boundary, address, dates, access information and the decisions the imagery needs to support. Explain whether the area is an active construction site and whether repeat visits are required.
Capture feasibility depends on the location, airspace, weather, obstacles and activity on the ground. Agree the capture scope, processing responsibilities, delivery and any specialist requirements in the proposal.
